Edwin Ewing advises leading banks, investment fund managers, and other financial institutions on a broad range of English and New York law-governed structured finance transactions, primarily in the derivatives and structured products space.
Edwin advises UK and U.S. financial institutions on OTC (over-the-counter) structured derivatives, including credit default swap and total return swap transactions, as well as structured repurchase facilities primarily involving real estate assets or securities.
