Fabio Maria Guidi's practice focuses on banking and finance matters and, in particular, on structured finance, securitization, and debt capital market transactions.
Fabio provides assistance to arrangers, lead managers, investors, and originators in the context of securitizations relating to a wide range of asset classes, including residential mortgage loans, loans granted to SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises) and micro-enterprises, trade receivables, salary secured loans, leasing, NPLs (nonperforming loans), UTPs (unlikely to pay), as well as esoteric asset classes (such as tax receivables securitizations).
Fabio also has provided assistance in the context of a number of market-first and/or innovative securitizations, including real estate assets securitizations, sub-participation securitizations, and direct lending securitizations.
In addition, Fabio assists Italian and foreign banks and financial institutions in debt capital market transactions such as euro medium-term note (EMTN) programs and stand-alone issuances of bonds.
