Grace Gale represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings, in discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour litigation. She also has experience in traditional labor matters, including developing and implementing strike contingency plans. In addition, Grace counsels clients with respect to internal investigations and regarding compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
Grace maintains an active pro bono practice providing counseling to nonprofit organizations on employment practices. She also represents victims of human trafficking in expungement proceedings, asylum seekers in removal proceedings, and low-income women in family court proceedings.
Prior to law school, Grace worked as a forensic advisory associate at KPMG and assisted financial institutions in complying with anti-money laundering regulations.
