Jan Grootenhuis' practice focuses on cross-border banking and securities transactions, in particular leveraged finance transactions. He has experience in a range of international and domestic financing transactions, including acquisition finance, acting on behalf of both lenders and borrowers.

Jan also has experience advising on general corporate litigation matters and civil proceedings, including proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber (EC), a special division of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
