Pip Goldman is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer whose practice focuses on construction and engineering disputes, particularly within the energy and resources sector and on major infrastructure projects.
Pip has extensive experience acting in complex litigation, international and domestic arbitration, and expert determination, as well as advising clients on contract management and claim resolution throughout the life cycle of a project. She has acted for principals, contractors, and engineers across a broad range of disputes relating to ports, roads, tunnels, railways, mining infrastructure (coal, iron ore, gold), water and gas pipelines, gas compression facilities, and shopping center and health care projects. Pip's most recent experience includes acting for a contractor in Queensland Supreme Court litigation involving claims in excess of $1.5 billion.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2016, Pip worked in top-tier Australian and international firms, where she represented clients in complex construction disputes across multiple jurisdictions of Australia.
Pip is a member of the Queensland Law Society, the Society of Construction Law Australia, and the National Association of Women in Construction.
