Kara Kelleher focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and government enforcement actions, particularly those related to matters initiated by state attorneys general. Her practice has involved high-quality service for clients spanning a range of sectors, including health care and life sciences, insurance, consumer products, and financial services.
Kara maintains an active pro bono practice, working with the Firm's Constitutional Policing initiative, representing clients with their special immigrant juvenile status in state and immigration court proceedings, and providing post-conviction relief for Massachusetts residents. She also participates in Discovering Justice, through which she teaches a legal-based curriculum to junior high students.
Prior to attending law school, Kara worked as a law department consultant, advising corporate legal departments on various operational matters. During law school, she interned at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
