Tori Kline represents clients in a wide range of labor matters arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), and the Railway Labor Act (RLA), as well as employment discrimination matters arising under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
Tori also maintains a well-rounded pro bono practice. In collaboration with Jones Day's Border Project, Tori represents clients from South and Central America seeking asylum in the United States. She also assists survivors of human trafficking in the expungement of their criminal records. In addition, she serves on the Youth Board of Camillus House, a Miami-Dade County humanitarian services center.
Tori is an active member of Jones Day's LGBTQ+ Affinity Group.
