Yuanlong Lang has in-depth experience advising Spanish and international clients in a wide range of complex finance transactions.
Yuanlong has participated in both Spanish national and cross-border multijurisdictional financing transactions, representing financial institutions, funds, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies, including real estate financings, corporate financings, private credit, leveraged buyouts, asset-based lending, high yield bond issuances, and refinancings.
Yuanlong has counseled clients across multiple industries, including real estate, energy and infrastructure, financial services, education, logistics, automotive, and pharmaceuticals, with a particular emphasis on international clients in these sectors.
He also actively participates in Chinese outbound investment transactions in Spain and Latin America.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Yuanlong worked for nine years at a leading Spanish law firm in Barcelona.
