Caroline Murray handles civil disputes and complex litigation for clients in the pharmaceutical, health care, hospitality, and media and entertainment industries. Caroline has in-depth experience in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts.
Caroline recently defended a global leader in bone marrow transplantation in actions arising from purported donation-related injuries and defended a pharmaceutical company in a drug-related failure to warn case in which she obtained summary judgment.
Caroline also has experience defending a pharmaceutical company in nationwide mass tort litigation alleging injuries resulting from receipt of a vaccine, a hotel hospitality company in numerous cases involving premises liability, entertainers and hotel developers in breach of fiduciary duty actions, and major recording labels in complex copyright infringement lawsuits. Additionally, she obtained dismissal with prejudice for a high-profile dermatologist in an action for negligence, successfully moved to quash the deposition of a professional athlete in a trademark infringement action, and achieved dismissal with prejudice for an international supplier of gas products against product-related claims after eliciting damaging deposition testimony.
