Daniel Moore has a broad range of experience helping clients investigate and resolve complex commercial disputes. He has particular experience advising clients on large and complicated contractual disputes, and he has served secondments at two of the world's leading technology services companies.

Daniel's most recent experience includes advising: a multinational corporation on a wide-ranging dispute over a $1 billion contract; the liquidators of a manufacturing company in investigating the affairs of the company across the globe; an international hotel brand in resolving disputes with hotel owners under long-term management agreements; and stakeholders on issues arising out of data theft.

Daniel has significant experience litigating matters through the English courts, including having advised the liquidators of the Angel Group in securing injunctive relief and successful trial judgment.
