Kelsey Moore represents companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation, criminal investigations, and white collar matters. Her experience includes managing discovery for multiplaintiff disputes, handling investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), as well as representing clients at the appellate level.
Kelsey's pro bono practice focuses on legal representation for those seeking immigration relief and appellate advocacy for indigent criminal defendants. She volunteers through the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's 3Rs Program, which fosters students' curiosity about the law and aims to increase diversity in the legal profession.
Before attending law school, Kelsey managed the logistics for a fine wine retailer in New York City.
