He has particular experience advising on investor-state arbitrations and contractual disputes with a fraud angle.
Sahba's recent experience includes representing a client in an investor-state arbitration. He has also advised a German hotel operator in a London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) arbitration in disputes against a prominent international hotel franchisor.
Sahba is currently representing a telecommunications company in International Court of Arbitration (ICC) proceedings worth $1 billion related to shareholder disputes.
