Ryan Mueller is a commercial litigator with a focus on antitrust and competition issues in multiparty, class action, and multidistrict litigations. Ryan has experience in the agricultural, educational, technology, credit reporting, and pharmaceutical industries.
Ryan's practice primarily focuses on multidistrict and class action litigation involving antitrust claims. He has first-chaired depositions of class representatives and corporate representatives of multibillion dollar companies pursuing direct action claims against clients. He also has experience in class certification briefing, preparing witnesses for depositions, and propounding and responding to discovery requests.
In addition to his antitrust cases, Ryan has experience litigating Delaware corporate governance issues, fraudulent transfers, and intellectual property disputes involving patent infringement and trade secrets. Ryan also represents Experian Information Solutions in consumer litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and he has obtained a complete defense judgment in a bench trial as the lead trial attorney. Ryan maintains an active pro bono practice, where he has represented incarcerated persons in sentencing and in Section 1983 conditions of confinement cases.
From defending clients in multibillion dollar multidistrict litigations to defending clients in single plaintiff consumer litigations, Ryan has experience at all stages of litigation in state and federal courts across the country.
