Friederike Nolde advises and represents German and international clients in a variety of complex litigation proceedings and dispute resolution. She has broad experience in insolvency-related disputes and advises stakeholders (insolvency administrators, creditors, trustees, and shareholders) in distressed situations. Friederike advises clients across a broad range of industry sectors, including banks/financial institutions and the automotive industry. In addition, she has significant experience conducting national and international internal investigations.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Friederike worked at global law firm where she worked with many clients, including Benteler Group, the insolvency estates of Loewe AG and Kunststoff-Technik Scherer Trier GmbH&Co.KG, and MAN SE. She also spent three years as an in-house lawyer conducting internal investigations at a major automotive company.
