Hannah Oster advises public and private companies on corporate law matters. She has represented clients in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, spin-offs, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions. In addition, she has experience advising companies on corporate governance matters and shareholder engagement.

Hannah has represented clients in a range of industries, including aerospace, manufacturing, health care, and retail. Her recent experience includes representing TriMas in the sale of its Aerospace segment to an affiliate of Tinicum L.P. for $1.45 billion; Olympic Steel in its merger with Ryerson Holding Corporation; and the co-founders and CEO of Guess?, Inc., as rollover shareholders, in their strategic partnership with Authentic Brands Group to take Guess? private.
