Zack Oswald has more than 10 years of experience advising investment managers with respect to the structuring, formation, marketing, and management of private equity funds, real estate funds, credit funds, and venture capital funds.
Zack has represented first-time sponsors with fundraises ranging from US$150 to US$400 million and established sponsors forming successor funds in excess of US$1 billion. He regularly counsels U.S.- and Asia-based clients on the various aspects of their internal operations and governance, including ongoing regulatory compliance, carried interest plan structuring, and employee separation matters. In addition, Zack has advised on a broad range of other matters on behalf of funds and asset managers, including complex secondaries and co-investment transactions, and has also represented institutional investors in connection with their investments into alternative investment funds.
Zack has been recognized by Chambers Asia-Pacific as an "Associate to Watch" in 2022 and 2021 and was named a "Rising Star" by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific in 2021.
