Giuseppina Pagano's practice focuses on banking, structured finance, and debt capital markets.
Giuseppina advises Italian and foreign investment firms and banks on securitization transactions (including synthetic and STS [simple, transparent and standardised] securitizations), covered bonds, factoring transactions, conduit, and other pan-European securitization programs and factoring transactions as they relate to various types of assets. This includes commercial and residential mortgage loans, consumer loans, salary secured loans (CQS), auto loans, leasing, health care, trade receivables, nonperforming loans (NPLs), and securitized minibonds.
