Max's recent highlighted representations include advising: Chevron Australia Downstream on its acquisition of 25 fuel retailing sites in South Australia from Viva Energy; A-Cap Energy on its merger with Lotus Resources; Agricultural Asset Management on its acquisition of multiple agribusiness assets; Intelligent Monitoring Group on its acquisition of the A&NZ ADT security business; Eildon Capital's unsolicited takeover offer from Samuel Terry Asset Management; Anteris Technologies on various capital raisings; Allkem on its sale of Borax Argentina; Portt on its sale to Advanced Business Software and Solutions; Hornblower on its acquisition of Journey Beyond; and Beforepay on its ASX (Australian Securities Exchange) IPO (initial public offering).
