Priscilla Rojas Zavala advises Spanish and multinational companies and private equity funds in M&A transactions, commercial agreements, and corporate matters. She has experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, as well as corporate restructurings, due diligence processes, and corporate secretarial work for several companies.

Priscilla represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including investment funds, telecommunications, energy, and food and beverage, among others.

More recently, Priscilla has been focused on advising multinational clients on renewable energy deals in Spain. She has experience in the sale and purchase of solar and wind portfolios as well as in investments in renewable energy development projects. Priscilla has been involved in the acquisition of telecommunications operators based in Latin America, coordinating these acquisitions with local counsel in numerous jurisdictions. She also collaborates with other Jones Day offices in cross-border transactions.
