Recent key representations include the acquisition of Septentrio NV and Indurad GmbH by Hexagon, Fortino Capital Partners' exit of Mobilexpense, and the acquisition of BEXCO by Bekaert.
Bruno also recently worked on matters for other major companies, including Euroclear, Cowboy, McCain, JENSEN-GROUP, and the Tenneco Group.
