Doug Stephens advises and represents financial institutions in complex litigation and regulatory matters, especially with regard to disputes involving asset-backed securities and structured financial products.
Doug's practice covers large-scale portfolio assessments, advising banks in matters involving federal and state regulators, and representing financial institutions in complex litigation, including putative class action lawsuits. His litigation experience spans matters in federal and state courts, including Article 77 special proceedings in New York's Commercial Division.
