Samantha Shannon is a corporate real estate lawyer. She has experience in a range of private equity and real estate transactions involving acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, investments, and reorganizations.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Samantha worked for a global law firm in Australia, where she advised international and domestic clients, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors, on high-value corporate real estate and investment transactions. During this time, Samantha was also seconded to Oxford Properties, a leading global real estate investor, developer, and manager.
