Stephen Scott is a litigator who draws on his Appalachian-born grit to help clients achieve favorable outcomes, regardless of the legal landscape. Throughout his practice, he pairs a critical eye for analyzing complex issues with a creative, solution-based approach to resolve such issues.
Stephen's practice includes mass torts, spin-off and distribution agreements, and construction projects, among other subjects. He also assists manufacturers in delivering emerging technology to consumers, such as e-bikes.
Stephen is a member of the Firm's Autonomous Vehicles, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics (AVAIR) group. He regularly contributes to AVAIR's efforts, particularly assisting in key client alerts and commentaries on the evolving autonomous vehicle arena. He also dedicates his time to the Firm's Constitutional Police Reform Initiative within the City of Pittsburgh.
Always true to his Appalachian roots, Stephen seeks to serve his home state of West Virginia, alma mater, and community wherever possible. This includes serving as a youth leader among middle to high school aged students at his church.
