Conor Tallet represents and advises employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. His litigation experience includes defending employers in federal and state courts against class and collective claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage and hour laws, as well as claims brought by employees under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other federal and state discrimination and employment-related laws.
Conor has experience defending employers in many stages of employment litigation, including investigating complaints and charges, preparing initial pleadings and motions to dismiss, managing complex discovery, and drafting motions for summary judgment. Conor also has experience assisting in traditional labor matters, such as drafting position statements in response to unfair labor practice charges and advising employers on issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
