Dr. Niv Tadmore has 25 years' experience advising national and international clients on the conduct and resolution of tax audits, tax disputes, and large-scale transactions. Niv has a strong reputation for constructively resolving disputes, negotiating and achieving outcomes that are both legally robust and commercially minded. He advises global and Australian corporations operating in diverse industries including financial services, digital and tech, energy and resources, IT infrastructure, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, aviation, shipping, and consumer products.
Recent matters focus on transfer pricing, cloud services, intangibles, energy and resources projects and transportation, regional hubs, infrastructure, financing, and dealing with the Australian Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB).

Niv has also served as a member of key Australian Taxation Office (ATO) groups, including Dispute Resolution, Large Business Stewardship, and Advance Pricing Agreement. He has served as a member of Australian Federal Treasury working groups, including BEPS I and II. He is a member of the Melbourne University Tax Advisory Board and the New York University International Tax Program Practice Council.
