Rogier van Dongen is a litigation lawyer who represents clients in complex cross-border disputes involving corporate and commercial law issues. He helps clients with levying prejudgment attachments, summary proceedings, enforcement, and proceedings on the merits. He also represents clients in international arbitration and on a pro bono basis.
Rogier has acted for a wide variety of clients, including multinational corporations and start-ups. His experience includes multimillion proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber, the Netherlands Commercial Court, several courts of appeal and district courts, and the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI). Rogier obtained the first-ever granted leave for prejudgment attachments from the Netherlands Commercial Court, which were successfully levied afterwards.
Rogier is a member of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association and the Dutch Arbitration Association.
