Sara Vanderstraeten has more than 15 years of experience as an employment lawyer, with a special focus on national and international employment, pension, and social security tax law.
She has worked with a range of large and medium-sized companies in diverse industrial sectors and has in-depth experience in company restructurings and M&A, including due diligence, works council consultations and negotiation procedures, post-deal integration projects, employee transfers, collective dismissals, and plant closures.
Sara also advises companies on compensation and benefits, pension plans, international mobility, collective bargaining, ESG (environmental, social, and governance) matters, whistleblowing, and other human resources issues related to the employee life cycle.
Sara is a member of the Social Law Association.
