Andrea Witte represents private equity funds and public and private companies in complex and cross-border transactions. Her practice is focused on private equity and M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, carve-out transactions, divestitures, equity restructurings, and distressed transactions. Andrea has substantial experience in the industrials space and has worked on transactions in a wide range of other industries, including aerospace and defense, consumer goods, health care, technology, and media.

Andrea's most recent representations include: J.F. Lehman & Company's acquisitions of Mission Microwave Technologies, White Lake Dock & Dredge, Trans Ash, and Inliner; EagleTree Capital's acquisitions of MMGY Global, PRA Events, Mackenzie-Childs, The Channel Company, and Yellowfin Yachts; and Centre Lane Partners in its carve-out acquisition of the appliances business of Instant Brands in connection with a 363 sale and its carve-out acquisition of the personalization business of Kibo Software, a platform company of Vista Equity Partners.
