Nathan Yeary assists debtors, creditors, and other interested parties with matters related to bankruptcy court proceedings and out of court restructurings.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2021, Nathan served as a judicial clerk in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. During law school, he interned with the Office of the United States Trustee in Chicago.
