Daniel's recent notable transactions include representing a publicly traded single-family owner and operator in the acquisition of hundreds of single-family residences across the United States, as well as handling industrial dispositions nationwide for a major real estate private equity firm. He also has advised national retail restaurant chains and furniture retailers in multiple leasing transactions involving the development and negotiation of new in-line and build-to-suit locations across the United States.
