Jones Day and partner Randy Kay both ranked Outstanding on World IP Review's Global Trade Secrets 2024 list
Jones Day's global Trade Secrets team and Intellectual Property partner Randy Kay were both designated "Outstanding" in World IP Review's (WIPR) 2024 Global Trade Secrets list of law firms and individual practitioners. In selecting Jones Day for the second year in a row, the editors noted that the Firm's global Trade Secrets team continued to "demonstrate its forte in cross-office collaboration and a cross-border approach to trade secret litigation" in handling complex global trade secrets matters.
Mr. Kay, chair of Jones Day's global Trade Secrets team, received recognition as the "linchpin" of the Firm's trade secrets global practice with an "international reputation as a trade secrets tour de force." WIPR's ranking highlighted the global depth of Jones Day's Trade Secrets team in key jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Australia.
