AGES Group defends allowability of costs related to maintenance and repair contract for U.S. military's C-12 and RC-12 aircraft fleet

Client(s) AGES Group, The

Jones Day represented The AGES Group, now Volvo Aero Services Corp., in a government claim arising out of a Life Cycle Contractor Support contract for maintenance and repair of the U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force's combined C-12 and RC-12 aircraft fleet. The government's claim related to the allowability of costs represented by offsets The AGES Group had taken against payments to its primary subcontractor. The action settled favorably prior to trial.
