Jones Day advised Hansteen Holdings PLC, a property company investing in industrial property, in connection with its £200 million (US$331 million) institutional placing and open offer, underwritten by KBC Peel Hunt Ltd, for the purpose of purchasing industrial properties, valuing the company at £335 million (US$552 million).
