Jones Day assisted Hercules Unit Trust with the specialist retail warehouse fund advised by The British Land Company PLC and managed by Schroders, with the sale of its Colne Valley Retail Park in Watford for £45.075 million to Colne Valley Watford LP, a Gibraltar limited partnership backed by Igal Ahouvi.
