Client(s) Tronox Inc./Tronox Gmbh

Jones Day served as Labor & Employment counsel to Tronox Pigments GmbH, Tronox GmbH, and Tronox Pigments Services GmbH in their respective restructuring process, negotiating reconciliation of interest plans and social plans with the works council and the union. In addition, Jones Day represented the Tronox companies before court in various litigation and appeal proceedings against the works council.
