Jones Day represented Asia computer manufacturer Lenovo Group, LTD and Lenovo, Inc. in a patent infringement action brought by CIF Licensing, L.L.C. involving MPEG data compression technology. The case, which included antitrust counterclaims, was voluntarily dismissed.
