Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day counseled The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Drugtest, Inc. d/b/a DISA, Inc., a provider of outsourced employee screening services to customers operating in a variety of safety-sensitive industries, particularly the oil and gas industry. The financing consisted of a secured term and revolving credit facility.
