Client(s) Katz defense group

Jones Day represented 12 defendant groups in the then-largest multidistrict patent litigation. The cases, involving technology relating to interactive voice response systems, were filed by patent holding company Ronald A. Katz Technology Licensing, L.P., and were ultimately consolidated in the Central District of California. We negotiated settlements on mutually agreeable terms for each of the defendant groups represented.
