Riverside portfolio company acquires Specialized Medical Services

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition by portfolio company RCS Management Corporation of Specialized Medical Services, Inc., a provider of respiratory equipment, oxygen, and related products and services to nursing homes and hospices throughout the U.S. The financing consisted of a first lien secured asset based revolving loan facility and a second lien secured term loan facility.
