SunPower purchases shares of Diamond Energy

Client(s) SunPower Corporation

Jones Day advised SunPower Corporation on the purchase of shares of Diamond Energy Pty Ltd from Lend Lease Ventures Pty Ltd and Potentate Investments Pty Ltd and D Kamp. SunPower purchased a minority interest in Diamond Energy, and took an option to acquire additional shares from another shareholder and purchased convertible notes to assist funding working capital.
