Jones Day assisted Salt River Investors, LP, a vehicle managed by LaSalle Investment Management, Inc., with the purchase, in a joint venture with Panattoni Development, of 123 acres of land in Houston, Texas, for the redevelopment as an industrial and warehouse complex.
