Jones Day advised Twin River Worldwide Holdings, Inc. in connection with the $250 million acquisition and related financing of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi. The financing consisted of a $520 million senior secured credit facility.

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is owned and operated by Premier Entertainment Biloxi LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leucadia National Corporation.
