Jones Day advised Genomic Vision SA, a molecular diagnostics company that develops and markets diagnostic tests based on analyzing individual DNA molecules, along with underwriters Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking and Bryan, Garnier & Co., in connection with the €25.8 million (US$35.6 million) initial public offering of New Shares on the regulated market of Euronext in Paris.
