Yale New Haven Health System acquires PriMed assets

Client(s) Yale New Haven Health System

Jones Day represented Northeast Medical Group, an affiliate of Yale New Haven Health System, in its acquisition of all of the assets of, and entry into, professional service agreements with PriMed LLC. PriMed is the largest multi-specialty medical group in the State of Connecticut with over 80 physicians. Through the use of Yale-New Haven's EPIC electronic health record system, medical records of PriMed patients can be electronically transferred between hospital members of the Yale-New Haven family of medical facilities. All employees remained in place.
