Jones Day advised Esendex Bidco Limited in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Collstream, an intelligent multi-channel messaging provider. The financing consisted of the redemption of loan notes, drafting new loan note instruments, issuing new loan notes, and issuing new share capital.
