Imagination defends its GPUs from infringement claims in ITC

Client(s) Imagination Technologies Limited

Jones Day represented Imagination Technologies in a Section 337 patent infringement suit before the ITC. System on chip products incorporating Imagination Technologies graphics processing units (GPU") were alleged to infringe certain patents acquired by Graphics Properties Holdings. We defended Imagination's GPUs and the case was settled on favorable terms.
