Client(s) Riverside Company, The and Hicks Equity Partners

Jones Day advised H-D Advanced Manufacturing Company, a joint enterprise formed by a partnership between The Riverside Company and Hicks Equity Partners, in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Firstmark Corp., a manufacturer of highly engineered components and subsystems for the aerospace and defense industries. The financing consisted of a term loan facility and a revolving line of credit.
