Jones Day advised Great Elm Capital Group, Inc. in its acquisition, through its majority-owned subsidiary, Great Elm FM Holdings, Inc., of an 80.1 percent interest in CRIC IT Fort Myers LLC, the owner of two Class A office buildings in Fort Myers, Florida.
