Client(s) TWG Properties, Ltd.

Jones Day represented TWG Properties, Ltd. and other affiliated Wright entities in the consolidation and modification of ground leases with the City of Dallas covering property at Dallas Love Field Airport, adding land to the leased premises and extending the term into 2055 in anticipation of future development.
