Client(s) Reifen-Müller Holding GmbH & Co. KG

Jones Day advised Reifen-Müller on the sale of the company, one of Germany's largest and independent tire wholesalers and retailers, to Hankook Tire. In addition to Reifen-Mueller's sales company, ‘Reifen-Mueller KG’, the acquisition also included ‘Reifen-Mueller GmbH & Co. Runderneuerungswerk KG’ as well.
